We are now officially the proud (and terrified) owners of this house in South Weber. We won't be moving in until February because the sellers are renting back from us in January. I am really excited about the house...it has pretty much everything I was looking for (though I still want to do a lot to it) including an AWESOME backyard. I am also absolutely terrified of owning a house and paying a mortgage.

A house!! Congrats that's really exciting! I'm trying really hard not to covet your beautiful house and yard... everything I'd love in a home. I'm sure a mortgage is a little scary, but aren't you guys making the big bucks now? Your hubby passed the boards right? You'll be fine :) We have been married students for 6 1/2 years and Tyron is re-starting his PhD in the Fall- ya, like a 4-5 year program and then a 2 year post-doc. So we will not make any real money for another 100 years!! Again, you'll be fine!! Congrats again on the baby and the house :)
